High Robotic Line
WHAT IS SEATBELT INDUSTRY?
Seatbelt system is a part of restraint system. The seatbelt system contains retractor, webbing/ bracket/ Tongue, and buckle assembly. Seatbelt system has 2 type of parts: commonized function parts - Retractor/ Buckle Head/ Tongue, customized interface parts - Brackets/ Webbing/ Buckle Housing.
The seatbelt product has involved manufacturing processes as: Metal Sheeting, Riveting, Precise Assembling, Laser Welding, Friction Welding, Rotary Riveting, Ultrasonic Welding, Laser Decoating, Greasing, Sewing, tube shrinking.
HOW IS AUTOMATION IN SEATBELT INDUSTRY?
COMMONIZED FUNCTION PARTS:
Build high volume production line for commonized function parts, offered full automatic solution including manufacturing, in-process material handling, and testing. Maximum the robotic module usage to support function parts production.
FLEXIBILITY:
The customization interface parts are requiring high flexibility production line, to adapting small batch size & short lead time production. We offered solution with easy-change fixture docking features, providing reliable process quality across various parts' production.
CYCLE TIME OPTIMIZATION:
Use robotic structure process to fulfill the folding process, allows different operation steps working in parallel with loading & unloading, offer the robust machine-man cooperation solution with high efficiency.
